That reduced the problem but I don't like having to swipe to turn pages. Palm rejection while using the Kobo Stylus 2 doesn't always work. I feel like I need to write my own list of instructions for the 2 different ways to put library books on the Kobo, since there are SO MANY steps I am likely to forget.

After the insanity of trying too many times, ADE did finally recognize the Kobo ereader and I did finally figure out how to move the book onto the ereader. With my other library that uses CloudLibrary for ebooks, no one at my county library or the Kobo help document or people could help me figure out why I could not load a book (as per instructions) downloaded to my computer with Adobe Digital Editions. So much easier to see what's available on the computer.
What I learned is you have to borrow the Book IN the ereader and NOT on the computer, as I had previously done with another ereader. Once you jump through a number of hoops, it is doable but cumbersome with libraries that have ebook access via either Overdrive or (like my library) Libby (fortunately a product of Overdrive). I bought the Kobo Nia because it was reviewed as good for use with Public Libraries.
